John Bryant Jr., son of John, was born 17 Aug 1644 at Scituate, Massachusetts2, and there baptised 23 Mar 1650, according to Scituate records.2 However, the gravestone of the John Bryant, "s. John of Plymouth," whom we are considering in this sketch, and who resided at Plympton, Massachusetts, gives his age at death as "87 y.," which would yield a birth date of circa 1650.1 It is likely that John Bryant of Plympton, son of John of Plymouth, was himself probably born at Plymouth circa 1650, and is therefore not the man of the same name born at Scituate in 1644.2
John Bryant Jr. married, 1676 at Plymouth, Sarah/2 Bonham, daughter of George/1 Bonham and Sarah/2 Morton.3,4 He died at Plympton 20 Mar 1736, "87th year,"1 and Sarah 10 Jan 1741/42, "89th year."3 They are buried in Hillcrest Cemetery.4
