Henry/4w Brooks Jr., the eldest son, has no surviving birth record.1 His father's will, 20 May 1727, left him £2 current money.1 Of Saybrook, Connecticut, he successfully petitioned the General Court, 11 May 1738, for another chance to appeal a previously executed judgment against him, in favor of John Chapman of Saybrook, for 5½ acres of land and costs of £6-19-10, stating that "his appeal mist entering by a mere accident."3

Anna/4w Brooks, baptised 3 May 1719 at the 1st Church, New London, Connecticut,1, was left £2 current money in her father's will, 20 May 1727.2 She married, as his 1st wife, 30 Sep 1736 at Lyme, Wolston/3 Brockway of Lyme, son of John/2 Brockway and Mary Huntley.3 Daughter Anna Brockway was mentioned in her mother's will, 1748.4,2 She died before 24 Aug 1760, when her husband married (2), at Surry, New Hampshire, where he subsequently settled, Esther Mack, with whom he had further issue.5,6
