This war represented the North American theater of the worldwide struggle for European hegemony between England and France known as the Seven Years' War.
Please be reminded that for most Brooks lines covered on these pages, only the first four generations in America are included on this site, while most Brooks participants in the French and Indian War fell within generations 5 or 6. Consequently, the names included here represent only some of those involved in the conflict.
